Bridge Over the Valley is now listed at Chapters.Indigo.ca in Canada. They are taking pre-orders for $12.88 or $12.44 if you have a rewards card. The list price in Canada is $16.95. The book is just now moving into the supply system at Ingram Book Co. who also is the supplier for Canada. Chapters in Canada has 250 stores. The book also appears in Amazon's UK store. I'm working on getting the book formatted for the Kobo ebook reader used by Chapters and our Borders Book stores in the USA.
