We had a swell party at the UCI Healthcare Campus in Orange, CA. It was great to be seen again with the original dream team of the '70s & '80s. I gave a goofy keynote address about the olden days of working in the Clinical Laboratory. The patio dinner was sponsored by our great leader Dr. de la Maza who is still Division Chief after 30 years. The party was in the grassy plaza in front of the $43 million dollar Laboratory Science Building. Microbiology occupies the entire 3rd floor.
